1) What are the shipping charges?

Flat Shipping in India.

2) What is the estimated delivery time?

Order dispatched within 1-3 days of order placement. And the estimated time of delivery is within 5-6 working days in major cities and 7-8 working days in other locations.

3) Do you deliver internationally?

Indianrani does deliver items internationally.

4) How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Indianrani Products are delivered through reputed courier Company who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the  respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

5) When do we deliver?

All domestic orders are shipped by Delivery Company between 10 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes a maximum of 7 days for national     shipping.

6) Taxes & Duties

For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For international customers, we send the package as personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. The company is not responsible for any Customs duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to a customer via email/phone.
